Senior land consultant

Several exciting and financially rewarding opportunities have arisen for talented and motivated individuals to join SJ Capital as Senior Land Consultants, who offer HNW Investors high returns in offshore land investment opportunities. Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, your role will entail delivering presentations to clients, representing the business at exhibitions and events, building up business contacts and generating leads. To be considered for the role applicants must have good commercial acumen, a sound understanding of investment fundamentals and a minimum of three years proven track record of working within a target driven, sales and marketing environment. On top of a competitive compensation structure, exceptional and exciting incentives are on offer. Success with completing deals has the potential to lead to unlimited earning with uncapped commission structure.

A background in an investment or property market, and the ability to demonstrate experience at building strong working relationships with HNW individuals is desirable.

Personal Requirements:

• Excellent sales skills, objection handling, negotiation and closing ability.
• Provide a professional demeanour within the company and to clients at all times
• Proven track record generating a client base
• Experience cold-calling prospects
• Effective communicator, who is able to build rapport and develop working relationships.
• Previous experience of developing a sales base of high net worth clients and developing sales opportunities from a start up situation is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Economic and commercial awareness.
• Educated to post-Matric level.
