The Local Planning Authority have yet to commence with a Neighbourhood Plan draft council which will be the relevant forum through which our site will be promoted. There remains a need for an additional 1000 homes in excess of the 33,500 homes required by the greater Cambridgeshire area. Our site remains suitable for delivery within the context of a 100% rural exception scheme.

The council have recently completed a number of questionnaires for a Comminity Plan which would indicate that the review of a Neighbourhood Plan is due to commence shortly.
