SJ Capital was founded in 2006, to provide South African Investors with an opportunity to take advantage of hard currency investments in the lucrative Strategic UK Land Planning industry. Since then many clients have entrusted their investment funds with us and are already starting to yield impressive returns.
In 2015, following client demand for annuity income property, we launched our Pentbridge Offshore division which offers pre-vetted Strategic Rental Property opportunities worldwide. This means we are perfectly positioned to provide our clients with both capital growth and income generating property investments at any level. In short, we are creators of private equity wealth through strategic investment in offshore property, globally.
Wayne Horwitz, CEO
Wayne Horwitz is a founding member and CEO of SJ Capital Group. Following a BA Degree from the University of Witwatersrand in Industrial Psychology and Law, Wayne divided his career between recruitment and real estate, always holding senior positions in sales and operations management, including a period in Dubai.
As CEO, Wayne has built SJ Capital Group from its inception in May 2006 to become a reputable and well established real estate company offering offshore property investment solutions to private equity investors.
Quinton Haddon, Sales Director
Quinton Haddon joined the SJ Capital Group in March 2007 After completing his Honours Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham, Quinton spent a decade in the wildlife and tourism industry before taking up a career in the financial services sector. Here he developed a passion for property investment, particularly in the International sector.
Starting with SJ Capital Group as a consultant, Quinton was promoted into management before being appointed Sales Director in 2009.
